I was born and raised in Winnipeg, Canada, where I attended the University of Manitoba, receiving a BFA (Honours) degree, and a Post Baccalaureate in education. I also attended Brandon University and have fond memories of my time there while earning my teaching certificate. Presently, I am semi-retired, having taught for more than 40 years, keeping me young and in touch with teenage readers. I also enjoy spending time with family, especially my grandchildren.
As a kid, I was a library nerd, always visiting my local branch, looking for my next adventure. Even back then, I enjoyed writing stories. My grade 4 teacher said I would be an author one day. It took a while, but I finally got there. Thanks, Mrs. M—where ever you are.
So glad you found me. Thanks for visiting. Be sure to come back for updates and news.
